WOW! Thanks for calling this piece to our attention. I had no trouble relating to much of what was said and to have the science to support those feelings is a bonus. This must be why when I can’t be quilting I’m often knitting
I had a friend recently ask why I quilt. I now have an eloquent answer with science to back it up.
Think we have enough scientific evidence now that the benefits of quilting are medically based. Can we take quilting supplies as a medical expense off our taxes? 😎
