Back in July of 2016, MPS began a Mystery Quilt project.  The name of the project was “9-Patch Over-Under Mystery Quilt” by Susan C. Druding.  Each month, we revealed one or two clues to the project with the final clue being revealed in January.  Several of our quilters participated and the Grand Reveal was held this last April at our monthly meeting.

Just look at these beauties! Even though everyone used the same pattern instructions, the variety in each quilt is remarkable.  Some were tiny, some were huge.  Do you see the “over-under” pattern?

Everyone seemed to enjoy this project.  Even though it’s no longer a mystery, the link to the clues will remain on the website a little while longer in case you’d like to try it, too.
