I made this quilt for my dad’s 84th Birthday. He was a duck hunter and raised Brittany Spaniel dogs.

I made these quilts for my grand nephews at the beginning of the quarantine and they are finally finished. Their moms both dive, fish and were water babies themselves so I wanted to commemorate our family’s love for water and sea life. This pattern is from Jenny Doan of Missouri Star Quilt Company. It’s called Summer School. They were quilted by Linda Burrell.

Gloria Kemp

Small 20×30 art quilt I call “Silver Linings”. Inspiration came while talking to Claudia Jakim.

Block Party – I took this class from Shelia Sinclair at Sister’s Quilters Affair last year. It was a great pandemic project. Thanks to Robin Hill for the quilting.

Ruth Paiya

Four years (and two baby quilts) later, this wedding quilt is completed. It was made using a Quilt Smart 58” Lone Star printed interfacing. And it was wonderfully quilted by Teresa Koster! And thanks to Marcia Sanderman for making the quilt label! It’s being mailed to Alaska soon.

This quilt was inspired by the book “Birding Without Borders” by Noah Stryker, an Oregonian. I found the bird pattern at blocklotto.com. Making this quilt brought me so much pleasure. It hangs in my living room and still makes me smile! My friend, Julia Jeans of Bend, quilted it beautifully.
