When Jean Kelly showed us her version of this quilt I knew I wanted to make it for my friend who got me hooked on Gnome Mystery Knit-alongs. Since hot pink and black are her favorite colors they were the obvious choice for this gnome.Kathy's Gnome

I used just 12 of the 18 blocks that make up the 2018 Summer Sampler because I wanted a smaller quilt. Since I had no particular recipient in mind when I made it, it was available for my granddaughter Maria to claim it as hers while she was visiting this past summer. I do have a plan for the remaining 6 Sampler blocks.Kathy's Sampler

Started six years ago in a class taught by Joyce Gieszler. I added borders to make my quilt larger and then finished it with a flange and binding treatment that visually extends the outer border. Quilted by Sherry Wadley. 66″ square.

Raggedy Ann is a gift for a three year old neighbor. The accompanying quilt is made from a block design taught by Claudia J at quilt college a few years ago. The scale is perfect for the 15 inch doll.Raggedy Ann

“Escher Meets One-Block-Wonder” The swatch shows the fabric used for the one-block-wonder background. The Escher blocks were engineered and pieced into the background.

This pattern is from Connecting Thread and is called Summer Friends. It started out by making over 300 Half square triangles. Quilted by Teresa Koster. Their were plenty of HST left over to make the table runner (as suggested on the pattern).
