Raffle Quilt 2012

The 2012 Raffle Quilt is nearing the final stages of construction under the creative coordination of Kathy Alexander and Beverley Hess. Many MPS hands have helped to get it this far. Right now the quilt is in the able hands of Becky Knopp who will do the longarm quilting and then the final grape leaves will be added to the applique by Christie Frey. Becky Bohlinger, Dianne McDonnell, Jacque Ervin, Michelle Herrmann and Liz McElhinny also helped Christie with the applique. The basis for the center portion of the quilt was designer Pam Goecke Dinndorf of Aardvark Quilts. www.aardvarkquilts.com The quilt pattern, Borealis, was chosen with her permission. The quilt size is 80" x 92".
